Experience for Quality Assurance Manager:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a QA person, in a supervisory role, with strong knowledge of auditing as per ISO 17025:2005, EIC, BIS, FSSAI, APED A, GLP, CGMP requirements.
- A very good understanding of validation/qualification requirements; change management; deviation control and management; documentation requirements etc.
- The quality Assurance manager will be reporting Directly to top management.

Job Profile for Quality Assurance Manager:
- Plan, manage and conduct internal audits and routine process audits as per ISO 17025:2005, EIC, BIS, FSSAI, APEDA, GLP, CGMP, etc.
- Host external audits
- Ensure timely and effective CAPAs
- Write and review SOPs. Proactively focus on quality system improvements
- Ensure compliance to ISO17025:2005s and Company′s quality system requirements in the Laboratory
- Train staff on regulatory requirements
- Conduct vendor audits
- Provide management with reports on QA activities and findings
- A good team player and leadership abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellence in quality
- Problem-solving skills and abilities
- Adaptable to change
- Must be thorough with computer skills like Powerpoint, Excel, Ms-Wor
- Should be able to impart training to his teammates through power point presentation etc.
