Job Location – Mirza Palasbari Road, Palasbari, Guwahati, Assam
Key Responsibilities:
– Quality Strategy & Policy Development*: Shape and implement quality strategies ensuring products meet global standards.
– Regulatory Compliance*: Maintain and uphold cGMP, FDA, EMEA, and ICH guidelines.
– Quality Systems Management*: Oversee QA/QC systems, audits, risk assessments, CAPAs, and change control.
– Inspection Readiness*: Lead regulatory inspections and ensure continuous plant readiness.
– Leadership & Team Development*: Mentor and inspire the quality team, promoting a robust quality culture.
– Continuous Improvement*: Drive initiatives for process optimization and product safety.
Qualifications:
– Education*: Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
– Experience*: 20+ years in QA/QC, with 10+ years in API leadership.
– Regulatory Expertise*: In-depth understanding of FDA, EMEA, ICH guidelines, and international standards.
– Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
