Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:
· The candidate should be able to operate and contribute to this role from the start and must have handled a similar role previously.
· Must have met or exceeded the revenue targets previously and must be conversant with the sales cycle in the pharmaceutical/ FMCG/ FOOD services industry.
· Must support the BD team develop and spreading its reach to new territories.
· Sending introductory emails and scheduling cold calls.
· Scheduling follow-up calls for the team and meetings for business trips.
· Coordination between other Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs), delivery teams, and BD teams.
· Managing trade shows and conferences, etc. handling client visits.
· Quarterly budget and review presentations
Marketing & branding:
· Must be able to provide insights on market intelligence by following focused newsletters.
· Gathering focused competitive intelligence: key updates on competitor websites, LinkedIn, social media handles, etc. to refine our approach.
Skills and Requirements:
- Basic to advanced level technical skills.
- Expert-level analytical & people skills.
- Must be an expert at Microsoft office tools.
