Production – Injectable/Fill Finish
Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive
Candidate should be B. Tech (Biotechnology/Chemical)/B. Pharm / M. Sc. with 2-6 years of experience in Injectables Production – Small Volume Parenterals (Vial, Cartridge, PFS) and should have regulatory audits exposure. Should have experience in Batch Formulation, Sterile operations, and Lyophilization.
Injectable Packing & Visual Inspection:
Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive
Candidate should be a Diploma/B.Sc./B. Pharma /M.Sc. with 2- 7 year experience in inspection of the injectable dosage form (vials, cartridges, and PFS) and should have experience in device packing, with track and trace operation with knowledge of handling qualification and validation of packing equipment
Instrumentation & Automation:
Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive
Hands-on Experience in Programming & troubleshooting knowledge in Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron PLCs with FTSE, RSview32Works, Wonder ware, Win CC and fix SCADA software. To handle the periodic backup from PLC, SCADA, and restoration of the same as on when it is required. Candidates should be B.E/B. Tech (EEE/EE/Instrumentation) with 2-5 years of experience in Instrumentation & Automation.
*Pharmaceutical/Chemical Industry experience is most preferred.
Production- Biosimilar’s:
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Candidate should be B.Sc. (Biotech/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry)/ B Tech (Biotech) / M.Sc. (Biotech/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology) with 2-6 years’ experience in large biological molecule Manufacturing exposure to purification and drying techniques in a cleanroom environment with cGMP compliance in Upstream (Microbial fermentation) and Downstream (Purification).
* Candidates who have experience in Insulin/Insulin Analogues manufacturing operations are most preferred.
RND-PPL & RND -GPP (Pilot Plants)
Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive
1. Basic knowledge of preparative (Akta Unicorn) and Analytical chromatography (Agilent/Waters) and other Bioprocess Equipment.
2. Basic knowledge of Microbial or Mammalian downstream unit operations.
3. The candidate should be ready to work in shifts.
4. Prior experience of process scales up or technology transfer is desired but not must-have criteria.
5. Having a basic understanding of Process characterization and Statistical data interpretation skills are desired but not a must-have criterion.
6. Good communication and Troubleshooting skills.
*Candidates should be Bsc, Msc, B.tech, M.tech with 1-4 years of experience
