Solid Orals Production & PackingJr. Executive/ Executive/ Sr. Executive : Department- Production Operator

Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy/ Science Graduate
Experience: 3 – 6 Years in Tablets & Capsules for Regulated Market
Area: Granulation/ Compression/ Capsule Filling/ Coating/ Tablet Printing.

Assistant Manager: Department- Production Supervisor at Biocon

Qualification: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
Experience: 6 – 10 Years in Tablets & Capsules for Regulated Market
Area: Granulation/ Compression/ Capsule Filling/ Coating/ Tablet Printing.

Experience in handling the shift operations and online documentation/QMS systems. Troubleshooting at shop floor on machines and overall production activities.

Jr. Executive/ Executive/ Sr. Executive: Department- Packing Operator at Biocon

Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy/ Science Graduate (full time)

Injectables Devices Operations & Packing

Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager: Department – Inspection

Device Operation & Packing Candidate should be B.Sc./B. Pharma /M.Sc. with 6- 10 years experience in inspection of injectable dosage form (vials, cartridges and PFS). Candidate should have experience in injectable as well as device packing with track and trace operation with knowledge of handling the qualification and validation of packing equipment.

Executive / Sr. Executive: Instrumentation & Automation

Hands on Experience in Programming & trouble shooting knowledge in Allen Bradely, Siemens, Omron PLCs with FTSE, RSview32Works, Wonder ware, Win CC and ifixSCADA software. To handle the periodic backup from PLC, SCADA and restoration of the same as on when it is required. Candidates should be B.E/B. Tech (EEE/EE/Instrumentation)with 2-5 years of experience in Instrumentation & Automation. *Pharmaceutical/Chemical Industry experience are most preferred.

Executive / Sr. Executive: Maintenance:

B.E/B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) with 4-6 years of experience in maintenance of Process & utility equipments. Should have experience in trouble shooting related to Freeze drier, High pressure column, Centrifuge, Separator, Freezer, HVAC, Chiller, Cooling tower, WFI, PSG & Nitrogen plant. Should have handled Audits and Online updation of all documents as per FDA compliance & QMS activities. *Experience in Pharma-API most preferred.
